Tracking and dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and, where available, tracking for the chosen delivery method.
Parcel shop/parcel locker
The choice of a specific parcel shop/parcel locker may depend on the selected delivery method and the carrier's system. If you have a special request, you can write it in the comment field when placing your order, and we will try to accommodate it where possible.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and returned to us, a fee may be charged corresponding to return shipping and any reshipment, if the order is to be resent.
